Our groups are run by volunteers, many of whom have lived experience of bereavement by suicide personally. We have many group meetings across the UK and every one of them is unique because they grow and develop according to the needs and aspirations of those who use them. What they have in common is the support, understanding and acceptance one can only get from someone who has been where you are.
Please note that the locations for support groups shown are not precise. We keep locations private, so please contact your nearest group to get the details of the exact location.
Those of us who have experienced this terrible tragedy truly understand. None of us need to suffer alone. Together we help each other.
We help individuals support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow. We aim to provide safe, confidential environments where people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other.
Our supportline is run by trained volunteers personally impacted by suicide. While we’re not a counselling service and can’t provide support for wider mental health or social care needs, we’re here to listen and support your grief journey. Due to demand, call duration is limited for support at scale.
Our online community forum offers peer-to-peer support to those bereaved by suicide. Please click the image above to complete an application form to gain access to our forum. Forum applications will be approved within a couple of days. You must be over the age of 18 to access our forum.
