Losing someone we care about to suicide is incredibly painful – this can be worsened if we are unable to talk with people who we feel understand us or if we experience prejudice.
If you are, or the person who died was, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or questioning, and you would like to talk about this or connect with people who understand, we offer an email support service . Your mail will be read and responded to by one of our volunteers, who has been bereaved by suicide and who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. They can offer support, answer questions and provide details of other help you may wish to explore.

Please be aware that you may not receive a response immediately however emails are checked daily.
We encourage self help, we do not provide counselling – if you are interested in counselling, you should talk with your GP or have a look at other organisations.
Sexuality as well as gender concerns can be factors which furthers the sense of isolation for those bereaved by suicide and there are organisations who may be able to provide additional help.
