Our guide “Support after a Suicide” contains information about coping with suicide, giving support and practical help. You can download a PDF of our booklet here to read online or print yourself – Support after Suicide Booklet V5 10 2019. This is also available in Support After A Suicide – Welsh. We can post a copy to you if you prefer – contact our national support team. Please do not ask us to post booklets to someone else – whilst well intended, it can be very distressing if it arrives unexpectedly. If you think someone might find it helpful, we can send it to you directly so that you can share it with them at the right moment.
